Randall (Rand) Bateman is an exceptional lawyer at Snow Christensen & Martineau. When it comes to intellectual property (IP) issues of any kind, Rand is the lawyer you want in your corner. He has single handedly saved our firm millions. We had been using other well-known firms and they seemed to be chasing their tails and running up huge fees. When Rand came on the scene, he and his team instantly assessed the situation, developed a strategy and then skillfully and efficiently executed that strategy. His court room preparation was perfect and when in front of a judge it showed. His litigation skills are second to none.
