Angela and her staff were amazing and extremely helpful. Thank you all for all your help.

First off, I want to say that the paralegals with this firm are professional and helpful which is why I decided to hire this firm in the first place. However, you hire a law firm for the licensed lawyer and Angela was not anything that could be described as helpful or professional. I retained and paid Angela on September 23rd with instructions to start on my divorce filing immediately. Over 2 weeks later, she still had not even started on the filing nor made any movement on my case at all. I called to ask why and never received anything back. A 3rd week went by and I was blindsided with service that my wife had beat me to filing a divorce using a free legal service. When I called the law firm, I was told that they knew my ex had filed the week before but had neglected to tell me. When I asked to speak with Angela, she said it was a good thing that my ex filed first because it saved me money. She then neglected to tell me that their was a divorce injunction that could have saved me a lot of problems. Additionally, she waited until the last hour of the 30 day deadline to file a response to my wifes divorce petition placing me at great risk of a potential default judgement. When I called again at the end of November to find out what was going on, it took her over a week to get back to me. When we did connect, I raised my concern that A) she was difficult to reach and B) that she was not prompt at doing what I hired and paid her to do. Her response was " I don't give a F**K about your money". I was extremely put off by this response and asked why she was so aggressive to a client to which she gave a long list of her personal problems and complaints of having to heavy a case load. Angela even tried blaming one of her paralegals for the delay in response claiming she had "Covid brain". Angela convinced me that although they made mistakes, she would be personally working to fix the issue. This never happened. In fact, I attempted to reach her all through December and was told she was on vacation or out for the holiday's. I asked repeatedly for invoices and nothing was ever sent. Messages were left with her staff and emails sent to Angela directly and nothing returned for over a month. When Mid January came, I finally sent Angela a professional but direct email informing her that I was dismissing her and wanted an invoice and refund immediately. Angela responded that she had already decided to quit on my case anyway (Without telling me of course!) She then emailed and got personal blaming me for the issues. My experience with this firm was horrible. I wish I had fired Angela sooner or never hired her in the first place. Lots of good attorneys around so save yourself the trouble and find someone else!

They were so helpful and kind. They even went out of their way to help me with services I didn't even pay for. I couldn't recommend them enough.

When I couldn't afford my name and gender change, they worked with me! Super friendly and helpful. Awesome experience!!!! Am recommending to all my friends.

Caleigh and the team at Utah Legal Clinic were amazing. Always very responsive to all of my questions. My divorced was finalized in less than 45 days. They took care of everything for me. Thanks.

Edit 12/29/20: Angela reached out to me personally to apologize about the issues I was having and even offered a partial refund. Thank you so much for your efforts to resolve things! *** I have been working with Utah Legal Clinic since June on a divorce case that should be extremely cut and dry. Short marriage, amicable, no kids. That's fine--I understand that things like this take time, especially with 2020 being what it is. The thing that makes me unhappy is that every time I contact them, I'm given the same story: "We're so sorry for the delay, we are going to make your case a priority, we are going to do xyz and we will get back to you today/tomorrow/next week." That being said, the people I have interacted with have been extremely nice and apologetic, but after several apologies and no follow through, it's hard for me to believe anything they tell me. I hope they come through for me soon and I'm able to change this rating to a higher one!

Angela helped me file for my divorce and made it such a pain free process. I had no idea where to begin but she handled everything and laid it out in terms thay I could understood. I cannot recommend her enough and I thank her so much for making such a difficult time in my life just a little bit easier.

Angela and her team are absolutely incredible. Previous to her, I had an attorney who was never responsive, and had to report to the bar! She truly will do her best to help you with anything and everything you need!
