I couldn't be happier about my experience with this office! John is not only a wise and competent attorney, but he showed genuine concern regarding my case and took time to listen to me and answer any questions I had. He has also created an amazing team. Ashley was in contact with me on a regular basis and was always quick to answer questions or return my calls/emails. I always felt like a valued client and for that, I would absolutely use John and his team again!

When my rights were violated Robert Sykes helped me get through it very professional caring good man and legal team always looking out for the people who in this country still have a right to feel safe even from the police thanx

John was amazing to work with. He was very professional and confident in his work. His assistant Ashley was also very helpful in answering my questions and providing me information in a timely manner. If I ever get in another car accident, I know I will call them again without any hesitation. Thank you for all your hard work and support.

Let me start with saying that the accident I was in , was absolutely and admittedly the other drivers fault. (What seemed like an easy case to handle and win) especially since Im left with a lifetime of life changing ailments. Next, John T. Attorney of auto law. Decided to drop my case before completing it, and I never got the full medical treatment I needed. His secretary Ashley, told me the reason was that I had ran out of time and money to complete the neck work I needed, although she never informed me that I had a time limit nor did she mention a cap, as a matter of fact, she encouraged me to try any and all methods to get well and all would be good. Had I been given this information I could’ve probably gone through the final stage of treatment, on time. (Which I only resisted and put off out of fear of the excruciating pain of the epidural in the filament in my neck area of my spinal chord), still they managed to get themselves paid, and overpaid the doctor for the treatment and told me that I had hit a cap and wouldn’t be able to afford my much needed final treatment. The cap I suspect was dependent on fabricated costs for the treatments I received, which was 1&1/2 treatment. My “compensation” which I received was $2,000. for an injury that still interferes with my daily duties. I was ignored often, they rarely returned my calls and didn’t bother to keep me in the loop with the advancement of my case, or needs. Most of the work for gathering records was done by my husband and I. Both the secretary and attorney, spoke down to me. I have mental illness from severe trauma and at the beginning they reassured me that they had worked with many people in my situation (ptsd, anxiety..etc) but John personally told me to “get over it” that I would get better, reasoning his statement, based on his own experiences with recovery. John completely disengaged from the facts; that I’m older, a different gender, and deal with life quite differently than he, and to add the fact of my mental disability, which makes processing much more difficult for me than his own. I felt taken advantage of, the small compensation didn’t seem to have been a legitimate exchange and almost seems like it was hush money, I was told that it was a small amount for now, based only on the medical portion of my case and that I could be expecting much more in the future. I was lead to believe that it was around the amount of $30,000. after medical bills and his office had been paid. But instead I received a letter, saying that he decided to drop me as a client. Now I’m stuck, being taken advantage of, when I have paid my insurance for full coverage for most of my life. If anyone can help me to complete my case please respond to this review. Thank you 🙏🏼

I have nothing but great things to say about John and Ashley. They communicated with me every step of the way as we navigated not one, but two car accidents. With one claim we had to do a deposition which ended up being incredibly personal and difficult for me. It was comforting to have John there. Ashley was absolutely amazing about answering all of my questions and keeping me updated. While I hope to never need them again I am grateful that if I do I have a team that has my back!
