Cons
1
Potential issues with staff turnover and inconsistency in handling cases
“This law firm's persistent staffing issues have resulted in a frustrating experience for me. Over the course of five months, my case was assigned to three different attorneys, which led to inconsistency in advice and hindered progress.”
2
Concerns about upfront consultation fees and potential lack of refunds
“I didn't want to pay the upfront consult fee (though I do feel their service is worth it). Despite this they were still very kind and helpful and even sent me some references for other attorneys that may be able to help me.”
3
Possible instances of poor communication and failure to respond to client inquiries
“I called Hepworth Legal for an extreme issue with a power tripping landlord. I paid for a thirty-minute consultation and was assured that I had a decent case to move forward. When I contacted them again, this time for an hour consultation, I had Michael as my acting attorney as the other one wasn't available from the first consultation at the time. Michael spent most of the hour telling me that my case was a dead end and that I was better off letting the problems with this crazy landlord go which was completely different legal advice that I was given from the first consultation I paid despite me having video files and text messages of this landlord violating my rights.”
