My husband was brought up on charges because he missed that he was supposed to put his passport on his registration. It’s a very minor things and the court was trying to bring him up on felony charges, even though he should have been charged with a misdemeanor. She talked to us exactly once (during our consult) and she did nothing else. Except on days we were in court. She was impossible to get ahold of and never even met with my husband prior to trial. She didn’t discuss my husband’s previous case with him or the current case. She pressured my husband into taking the ‘great deal’ she got him which is what he would have gotten anyway based on her own comments to us. They mis-chared my husband and she didn’t even act as though she cared. Though not as important in my opinion, but it speaks to her professionalism, she was also late for court by more than 15 minutes one of the 2 times we went before the judge. I would never hire her again, and I would caution you if you are considering obtaining her services to think twice about working with her. My opinion is she is not going to do anything other than take your money and hang you out to dry. Whether it is ignorance or apathy, the results are the same she will not help you, and doesn’t have your best interests at heart.

Before being paid, Susanne dug into my case and got every detail she could before starting. Highly recommended for any legal reason you need to be dealt with!

Great experience working with Susanne! She was always very quick to respond to any issues or problems I had. I almost always got a response within the same day and usually within an hour or two. She is a good negotiator and helped me get my charges lowered and expunged.
