Joe was recommended to us by a friend. I am not a litigious person by nature but we were in a difficult situation with our home that was being built. Joe was able to help work through our issues in a very professional manner. After closing, there was an issue with the documents provided to us by the title company. Joe is the best attorney I have ever worked with. He took the time to get to know my personally and litterally fought on my behalf. The PA was wanting me to go on a rider, he contacted my PO for a written recommendation and finally came to an agreement with the state for me to be reinstated back on probation. I have never had an attorney come to the jail and get to know me personally so that he could know the whole situation. I would recommend him to anyone needing a good defense. I will definitely be hiring him again when it comes time to petition to get off probation.
