This review is for Kaitlyn Gibbs. We hired her for my daughters divorce. Through out the process Kaitlyn was always more concerned about the feeling of our daughters estranged husband. Her understanding of basic legal principles is very limited. At one point we had to stop her from writing a letter of apology to the abusive husband and his attorney. How would that even be a thought?? What our daughter did was in accordance with basic legal rights. Kaitlyn would consistently put fear into our daughter rather than give support in this trying time. We had to pay a large sum of money up front which we found out why. She did not would not and was not capable of even basic legal help. Complete waste of money. Very poor lawyer. Incompetent.

Paralegal Jessika Allsop helped me at a free event at Matheson Courthouse. She wrote up a Stipulation and Settlement Agreement and Parenting Plan document. She was professional and accurate. I appreciated the help. I would consider paying Dolowitz Hunnicut & Gibbs for future needs based on my experience. This attention to people who are perhaps very low income looks very good to your firm.

I wish there were more lawyers like Kaitlyn! She is in this field to serve others!!!! She is empathetic, straight forward, and filled with poise. She is fierce, yet gentle and fights for what is right!

I can not recommend Jim Hunnicutt. He simply told me what I wanted to hear, even with direct questions I feel I was mislead as to the worth while of our attempt. He ended up billing me much more than I would have saved if we prevailed, which we did not. After two years of constant delays, excessive billing and a 10" thick case book, I never made it to court. I was financially forced into a poor mediation agreement and paying more and with-out deduction than I would have paid had I never sought out Mr. Hunnicutt's misleading advise and poor assistance.

Kaitlyn was amazing! She made the legal process easy and kept me updated while always answering my questions and making me feel comfortable! Would absolutely recommend her to anybody!
