The Insurance companies and lawyers need to be more aware of the long term effects Brain injury. Some people get better and some will not ever get better. I really dont think they earn the money they got payed. over priced lawyers.

I Had an amazing experience!! They took care of everything I didn't have to worry about any of the medical bills or dealing with the insurance companies. The tireless effort of the Siegfried & Jenson team on my behalf was great. They worried about the insurance and I worried about gettng better. I was in a horrible car accident that was incredibly traumatic. Siegfried & Jensen really took great care of me and made sure I got the proper care I needed and made sure the car insurances paid up. It gave me peace of mind and allowed me to focus on my recovery instead of stressing.

The Customer service is terrible, and they do no answer their phone, and they say they step away from the office 2 seconds after I call them.
They are giving the run around for someone I know and they are not actually fighting for him. I feel this company only does what is good for them. Find someone who will actually care about you. The receptionist has a bad attitude and they apparently only have 1 phone line. Good luck with this company.
If I could give them no stars I would.
