This is my second case, I lived in bama when the other accident happened. What I’d say first off, is the staff that helped me when I came in after my accident were great. Very helpful and comfortable environment in the Provo office. Also just within the few minutes we talked for, they had all the information they needed. Only ever reached out for additional information like how treatment was going and etc. The reason why I shared the first accident story at the beginning, is because that firm weren’t as helpful, didn’t really seem to care about my case and took forever for any results. Now I know there are a lot of other variables when it comes to car accident cases. Although Siegfried & Jensen, definitely cared about my case always reaching out, making sure I was alright, and asking about treatment to make sure things were getting better, I will say it took a while. Although again there are a lot of other variables in cases like this, they already mentioned working with any insurance is difficult because truly it is. Even if you do have insurance they’ll never try to help their own customers. Insurance will always try to pull out any stop to not payout for their customers, I’m very grateful for this non-stressing and smooth process that Siegfried & Jensen has. I’ll always consider going back if I need help with any other issues in the future, very grateful I went with them to help me with this case.
