We've had a horrible experience!!! This place sounded so caring and trustworthy at the time of our accident, now a year later we can't even get in touch with who is over our case they switched us to someone else without notifying us. It's been four months since we have heard anything though they told us we would get monthly updates. It's so upsetting when we put all of our trust in an attorney, at one of the most difficult times only to be completely let down.

Came to Siegfried & Jensen after my car accident back in June and Diana the paralegal that worked with me did a great job in getting in contact with the others person’s insurance since I could not get in touch with them on my own. She did an awesome job keeping in touch with me giving me insight on the situation even got me reimbursement for not having a rental car. Demand has been sent and now to wait for the response. I highly recommend Siegfried & Jensen if you want to be heard and kept in contact regarding your case!

I have to say my experience with this firm was amazing the people were friendly and always took care of me and made sure I was ok in the whole process with my accident.
