Do not take the lack of the last star as a negative, it's a personal prerogative to never leave 5 stars, no matter how great the service/company. So think of 4 stars as my 5 stars. Now to the review: To start, they've been awesome. They kept me informed on the progress of my case without being stifling, and without beating around the bush. They were very to the point, "here's what could happen, here's what you're looking at", and had great attitudes. They explained things that I didn't understand really well, as well as not sounding judgemental/exasperated when I asked questions I felt were honestly pretty dumb. Anytime they would call if I couldn't answer they would leave exactly which person called, when is best to reach them, and which number to call to reach them. All in all, great people, know what they're doing, worth reaching out to.

My kids and I were in a terrible car accident in January. We contacted Siegfried and Jensen to help us sort things out and they have been wonderful. Everyone we have talked to has been friendly and knowledgeable. Nick has helped us work through this difficult time, working on our behalf and answering all of my many questions!
