Thought I’d leave a review and keep it short and sweet, I worked with Marynell and Judson through this year long ordeal and they made my life so much easier. Great professional people that I’d definitely recommend.

I was in a career ending auto accident and due to the great marketing and professional outreach I chose Siegfried and Jensen. My attorney assigned to me (Resh Jeffries) and his team was incredible. I had great communication in the 4 years it took to settle. Towards the end the other side were being sticklers on payout so Resh did everything possible to make sure I got the most benefit I could. He even went to bat on getting me a great rate to keep me near the number he thought I should make. He was always amazing and true to his word. It made me feel so confident throughout the process and I truly appreciate all that Resh and his team did for my benefit. It was never about the bottom dollar for them it was always focused on me and my best possible payout for my injuries and suffering. Thanks Seigfried and Jensen. I appreciate everything!

Tried to retain this office for a slip and fall accident. Not once did I ever get to talk to an attorney on my case. Only a legal assistant. Nor did I get the courtesy of a call whether they would take my case. I left several message with the assistant and never got a call back. I searched for another attorney and was able to talk about my case with an attorney and was able to sign an engagement agreement that day. When I called, the assistant was familiar with my number as she called me by my name, so it's possible my calls were being screened. She claims that she called me back multiple times and couldn't leave a message, saying my voice-mail box was full. I have had no issues with voice-mail and clear my messages immediately and no other attorney and or ongoing medical calls had trouble leaving a message for the last several weeks. Integrity matters and having an attorney client relationship, should be just that not an assistant and client relationship. I understand assistants help, but you should always talk with a attorney about your case because they are working for you not the other way around.

Resh Jefferies was super helpful in helping me find an attorney for the wrongful death of my son. Even though my case wasn’t his expertise, he helped me find the right attorney. He was very knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to help me without any monetary compensation for his time. I certainly wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if I needed someone with his expertise.

It’s been nearly 25 years since I was in a horrible car crash. I knew I couldn’t take it on alone so when someone told me the best person to call was the guys on the back of the phone book, I did so. Best decision I made for that circumstance. Nearly a year I worked with the paralegal Stephanie. She kept us up to date on everything every step of the way. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. I think about it often, so when saw that big yellow sign at the Utah Valley Marathon, I had to go thank them again, and if course leave a review even though it was so many years ago.
