as someone who doesn’t know anything about law and attorneys, i was really nervous i was told to get one for my car accident i was in. but i was recommended to Fielding Law and they treated me so well! They always kept me in the loop and were kind and patient with me if i ever had any questions!

Having a child hurt as a passenger in an automobile accident is a scary experience. The months of medical treatments and therapy that followed was time consuming and expensive. The realization that the insurance company of the at fault driver wasn’t going to pay any of the medical bills was devastating. Being a busy mother of 4, I didn’t have the time or energy to fight this battle alone. Mitchell Fielding and Phil Holtam at Fielding Law were kind, professional and had a vast knowledge about these types of cases. I was so grateful they agreed to help us, trusting they would fight this battle for us. This allowed me the time to focus on my daughter and other children. They made sure we were well taken care of, well informed, well represented and happy with the end result.

Everybody was very professional and always willing to help with my best interests in mind. I worked directly with Jocelyn and she was great, heard all my concerns and responded accordingly! We had a few hiccups along the way but they worked through it and fought well! In the end they ended up getting me 20k more than what I was expecting! (Which may be my lack of knowledge in lawsuits) but still a great feat! Will definitely use these for any legal needs!
