I telephone interviewed a few attorny offices and was satisfied and impressed with Fielding Law. Phillip was assigned to my case. He was very professional and through. He responded to my texts and phone calls promptly. Most importantly he was able to get a good settlement amount for me. It was very convenient to work with him. All the work was done via email, phone calls and texts. I would recommend Phillip to anyone looking for an injury attorney.

Late in the year of 2017, I was involved in an accident while coming home from work; this accident left me with debilitating pain. It was made clear to me early on that the insurance company was not concerned about my property or health and even denying that it was their insured’s fault that caused the accident in the first place. I was beside myself for answers and felt like my life had just taken a major setback which I wasn’t prepared for and didn’t know how to deal with it; I was in pain that I had never felt which limited me and without a vehicle, and I needed help. Fielding Law was a god send for me from the first time I talked to Mitchell; then I talked with Phil who worked with me through seeking medical attention and even helped me get a chair that assisted me in getting out of it when my back and shoulder were too weak to get out of a normal one myself between some treatments and surgeries that were necessary for me to get better. 2018 was a bad year; but it could have been worse! Mitchell, Phil and Clint were beside me the whole way through, and now I am feeling better and looking forward to a great year in 2019. We were involved in a motorcycle accident, and had worked with a firm who claimed to specialize in these types of accidents.
