I wrote into the law firm over the weekend using their website contact form in regards to some real estate questions I had. Marlon wrote back VERY quickly and asked me to call him Monday and he would be happy to answer any questions I had. Upon making the call Marlon was beyond professional and walked me through my legal concerns step by step and filled in blanks I wasn't previously aware of. It was an absolute delight speaking with Marlon, I will not only be using this law firms services in the future, I recommend you do so as well!

I sent an email to Scalley Reading Bates Hansen & Rasmussen, P.C.on a Sunday afternoon regarding an inquiry that I had between my property and an adjacent property. On Monday morning I received a reply to my email from Marlon Bates whom was very responsive to my request. I called Marlon the next day and he spent about an hour over the phone reviewing my case without charging a DIME! He even offered to help if I had any other questions in the future! Would definitely recommend talking to Marlon if you have any real estate legal issues.

I am myself a retired lawyer; and I am very much aware that a common complaint is failure to maintain client contact, not returning calls; my experience with the firm of Lance Andrew has been that they are dedicated to maintaining easy, open and continuous contact with their clients. It is very much a part of their firm culture. Our attorney, Cole Bingham, always returned our calls promptly and gave us answers to our questions.

Mitchell Brooks is AMAZING!!! The first time I spoke to him I knew I had to have him and Chelsea on my team. He has helped me in so many ways. No matter the issue, time, or situation he always makes me feel like I am his top priority. He gets things done in an ethical and professional manner without wasting any time or money. If I could give 100 stars to this firm I would. I have had Randy Morris as my Probate Attorney for over a year now. I have had a very complicated case involving three states. Randy was great and helped us navigate a difficult(for us) legal issue. He was very responsive to our questions and sympathetic to our situation. He was able to resolve our issue to our satisfaction and in a timely manner. Hopefully we don’t have anymore legal issues but if we do, we would definitely call Randy and his law firm again.
