I was a passenger in a pretty bad head on collision one year ago today. I had some pretty severe injuries and the driver only had the state minimums for insurance. My medical bills far outweighed the amount of insurance we had to work with and I was panicking about how the bills would be paid. Other lawyer firms wouldn't take my case because the possibility of payment was little to none. Paul Swainston and his team at the Boise location were literally miracle workers. I want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Paul Swainston and his paralegal Michelle. Being involved in an accident is a scary thing, but the idea of being left to pay all the medical bills without assistance is even scarier. The first doctor I saw did me an injustice in that they released me from care after a few months and told me they couldn't help me anymore; that I was permanently injured. At 34 years old that was a difficult pill to swallow. Thankfully Paul led me to another doctor who wasn't satisfied with that prognosis. Since then I have had surgery and I am feeling much better. I can function like a normal woman and mother again! Paul made sure I was taken care of through the process. He did not tell me lies of fill me up with false hope, but he assured me that he would do what he could for me. And he did exactly what he promised. Ultimately my settlement was for policy maximums. Robyn Erkkila has been an absolute angel, during a terrible time in our lives. The accident we were involved in, caused several serious injuries to me and my husband. I had a bicycle accident. Called these guys. They dropped my case. They won't fight for you. I'm sure they would have taken a clean cut case where no work was required of them. But when they actually have to fight to prove the driver is liable, they back out. Screw you guys.
