I was Extremely impressed with how they handled my case, they are in constant contact with me in regards to what was going on as well as contacting me to let me know what was coming next is far as doctors visits and what to expect. They are very professional and if I had to use another attorney I would definitely go through Creig Swapp with Kurt again they did a tremendous job and I couldn’t be happier with the results that I got In my opinion they went above and beyond and I got more than I thought I was going to.

Not sure I could ask more from my team (Brad & Amanda) at Craig Swapp in their Sandy, UT office. I called them to help me with a very frustrating accident. This wasn't a million dollar settlement accident, but they treated me as though it were. Made sure I was seeing my doctor, radiologists, physical therapists, and they handled all the bills. They educated me on the Insurance rules & procedures in Utah because I've never been an accident victim and wasn't certain how all this worked. Amanda handled the day to day questions for me and gotta say she's a Rock Star! They got me a settlement that was fair and covered all bills. They even negotiated with medical billing to reduce costs resulting in an even better settlement. Brad Anderson and his assistant Amanda were so great to work with on what could have been a very frustrating auto accident. They kept track of all the bills, appointments and everything related to both parties insurance for us so we didn't have to deal with any of it. They are both very personable and friendly and made us feel like we were more than just clients. Would highly recommend Brad at Craig Swapp.

Wow!! I was a passenger in a car accident at 10 weeks pregnant. Dan and Shelley were so patient and understanding with my situation on not being able to have regular xrays done. They protected me from being harassed by the insurance companies. In the end, I was expecting to just have my medical bills taken care of, but they went above and beyond for me to walk away with almost $4000.00. I will call them again if I'm ever in an accident!
