After my car accident on April 6, 2018', I was hesitant to use an attorney because of a previous situation when I had a bad experience with an attorney. I did decide to go with an attorney and my choice was Craig Swapp and Associates. My attorney was Brad Anderson, with most of my communication being with Aylin Amaya. I can’t say enough about how amazing these two were. I am convinced the settlement we accepted was the most I could have gotten, and way more than I anticipated. They were very professional, sensitive to my needs and communicated with me honestly and as often as necessary. I hope I never need an attorney again, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to go to Craig Swapp & Associates and request Brad Anderson and Aylin Amaya. They are outstanding!

They helped me recover damages against a bank to an extent greater than any other known option and kept their word on everything. The legal system needs revamped, but this firm will do well in the meantime.

After we got t-boned, we had so many questions that came up. We didn’t know what steps to take. After calling Kurt, we felt a lot better about our situation. He was able to answer every one of our questions and point us on the path to recovery. Even though our case was small, we were treated very kindly and it felt like they were working hard to help us get the best care we could. Steve and Zane were awesome. I joined the Wells Fargo class action lawsuit after Wells Fargo did some truly awful things to my credit at a vulnerable time in my life and my career. Brad and Amanda are amazing team. I’m a quadriplegic and I was rear ended in an accident in December 2018. Typically most firms wouldn’t go after vehicle damages or any of that sort of stuff but and Brad went above and beyond what was needed to help me get what I needed to at least cover the cost of my vehicle. Which is very expensive given the unique controls and features I need to drive it. Not only that they were on top of everything from getting a hold of the insurance companies and checking in on me and helping me through the process. I am not one to go after people regardless of who’s at fault. I made that clear to Brad and Amanda. They got me a fair settlement in a very short period of time. When I finally met them I wanted to give them a hug, if you ever have a need of an attorney who has your back, not your pocketbook, Brad and Amanda will work on my case. Homeless with two kids, after a company truck hit my car while I was 8 months pregnant, the other driver was clearly and admittedly in the wrong for running a red light. Swapp said they could settle for a little under $10k. That wouldn’t even pay for the car, much less the two herniated and singularly ruptured disc in my back. I retained another attorney and wound up with over $90,000. Granted, it still wasn’t enough for any surgery, but I could afford a used car a place to live, as well as food and clothes for my kids. Because $10k would have still been considered a “win,” it wouldn’t have been really. They’re lazy and will only represent cases that drop money in their laps without effort. Brown & Coutts truly fight for their clients. If you don’t check around, you deserve the minimal amount you receive. RESPONSE: If this were true, that the pitch was only the beginning, why was I told “that’s the best we can do” when I entered your office BEFORE the case was withdrawn? Sensibility says that should the option have been there, I surely would have taken it rather than had you take payment for accomplishing nothing. Still, you seem to be doing just fine. Congrats!

Took care of absolutely everything. From the second I called to the moment everything was done Brad and Ashli took care of me any and every way they could. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. At least once a week a received a call from them asking how my progress was going and how I was doing. Chad was really helpful evertime I called he was welling to take my call or he would even respond to my eamils in a day or less he even would text me. I think I have never had a lawyer willing to text me about updates and questions. Thanks for everything:)
