Jenny and Randall from Craig Swapp and Associates are the BEST!! I tried to negotiate on my own, but failed with the insurance company and Medical billing staff. The insurance company refused to pay for my car rental while my car was being fixed. One call, that all fixed that issue, even though it required many calls and emails about different issues over the past year. The medical bills were piling up from before I called Craig Swapp and Associates, and medical billing offices would not negotiate with me. Once again Jenny and Randall from Craig Swapp and Associates to the rescue, one call and they fixed it. Craig Swapp and Associates then set me up with Chiropractors, medical Centers, and top level surgeons, who took exceptionally good care of me, and took payment after my case settled. Jenny and Randall treated me like a human being. Thank you Jenny and Randall & Craig Swapp and Associates for all you've done for me, you far exceeded my expectations.

I used them a few years ago and will not use them ever again for anything I was the passenger in a car that got TBoned on the passenger side the other driver fleed but we were able to find him he had no driver's license ran a stop sign and was on his way to court.i have nerve damage and damage to my neck that I will have to deal with for the rest of my life after all that they got me only $2000 DON'T USE THEM

Craig Swapp and associates were great. I got in a minor motorcycle accident that gave me some serious back problems. For a couple months I tried to seek help through therapy but every time i tried to schedule an appointment it seemed like i was having to jump through 20 hoops for the insurances before I could. And even after jumping through the initial 20 there was always another one left. I got sick of it. So that’s when I called Craig Swapp. They were able to to get me into a chiropractor that week and after 6 months of regular visits my back has made a full recovery. My case took a lot longer than most should but that was my fault for not calling sooner. In hindsight, I should have called them right at the scene of the accident. Things would have gone much quicker and smoother.

I can't thank enough to Brad and Aylin. They were very professional communicating with me at all the time letting me me know the situation of my case or requesting any documents from me. I am very happy and pleasant with Craig Swapp & Associate. I will definitely recommend to anyone that may need their service. Thank you so much!!
