They were great. Faster than promised.

My family and I were in a car accident Christmas time 2017. Brad & Amanda have been great to work with. I’m not always the easiest person to deal with . But they have both been acceptional. Our case is not closed yet. But I am just so appreciative of them. That accident changed our lives for the worst but they have made it easier for us . Thank you Brad and Amanda for being so patient with me. I really am grateful.

From the moment we talked to Craig about needing help fighting the insurance company to pay our medical bills from my car accident he was so assuring that he would take care of us. He did just that. We met with a couple attorneys at Craig Swapp and each and every time they were accommodating and understanding. We were able to settle the case and working with Rich and Allison was fantastic. The amount of time that they put into working for us was a relief for the burden of having to re-live the accident every time I made a call about medical bills. I appreciated the attention to detail, the updates and most of all the personal service we received. It really was “one call”.

It has been a pleasure working with Shelley. She truely cared about George and kept on top of everything so we didn't have to. Couldn’t have survived the last 18 months without Jenny F and Randy. Rich Gray was very knowledgeable about the case and situations and helped things to move along in a very professional and expedited fashion. Alison was amazing at coordinating schedules and sending documents and communicating with me the whole time. I would use Craig Swapp again in the future.
