I worked with Shelley Roberts on my Chapter 7 Bankruptcy this month and I have to say that this firm was very on top of it. Took payments from me and handled all my creditors while I was making payments to them as well. They were very educational as far as explaining to me what it meant to make the decision and what to expect after as far as debt relief. I feel like a load has been lifted. I had briefly met Craig Swapp at a church event, and decided to give his firm a try when I needed to file bankruptcy after having an exorbitant amount of hospital bills. I was pleasantly surprised at the close attention to detail, and my attorney Ron Glines, and also the paralegal Brittnee Knighton, really went the extra mile for me- taking extra time to make sure everything was perfect and taken care of. They were extremely professional, and my case went through without any problems. The cost was very reasonable! If I ever need an attorney in the future, I know exactly where I'm going. -One call...that's all!! Thanks guys!!!

I want to Thank the great people at Craig Swapp and Associates. They have done a great job working with me while I am dealing with an auto accident. It is no fun when you are rear ended by a young and distracted driver. My first call was to 911 and my second was to my wife. As I was speaking to my wife my neck, back, shoulder and arm started to hurt. It took a while for the Police to do all the reports and the EMT's wanted to transport me to the hospital. We were only 2 blocks away and so I drove myself. A few hours later and some X-rays, they informed me that I was hurt. Whiplash was the symptom that was presenting the most at that time. That is when I made the third call to Craig Swapp's team. I set up my interview and Kenny (there amazing interviewer) came right to my house and took him time finding out all about the crash I was in. He was great to work with and truly understood what I was going through. I was contacted about 2 days later by Robyn Erkkila who informed me she would be the person to contact and would be helping me through the process. And can I just say Robyn has been amazing. She calls just to check in on you and see how things are going and to answer any questions you might have. She is easy to speak to and helps you understand what is going on. Trying to recover from a car accident we have been amazed by the fantastic help we have had in getting all the things done that needs to be done by Craig Swapp & Associates. There are so many challenges to healing from our injuries and they have been there for us whenever we call. Our contact Robyn has been a lifesaver through all the challenges. She is always there and gets right back to us with information, follows up to make sure we are getting cared for and interceding wherever needed. I can't imagine going through this without this amazing team. We were in such a bad place when it came to money and bills that after a couple of years debating on filing Chapter 7 I found Ron Glines and his wonderful staff of Shelly and Amy. Thanks to a good friend Steve Paige for sending me to see Ron Glines and his staff. I feel so relieved now that this is taken care of.
