I was in a car accident in October of 2020 and hired Craig Swapp & Associates. I worked with Jenny F nearly on a regular for 16 months who was so incredibly helpful, kind and professional. If it wasn't for Jenny, I wouldn't of got the treatment I needed in order to fully recover from my injuries. She is a great communicator and genuinely cared about my treatment process and wouldn't let me settle for anything less than I deserved. She truly made the entire process run smooth and as easy on me as possible. The lawyer I worked with was Kurt L. He also wouldn't settle for anything less than what I deserved, was incredibly helpful explaining things to me so I understand and overall had great communication with me so I knew where we were with every step. I was involved in a motor vehicle accident with my young son while we were traveling to Boy Scout Camp. The accident and incident were obviously a deterrent and unfortunate burden.
