I had such a great experience with this company as they worked tirelessly on my case for over 4 years. Jenny kept me regularly updated and was invested in my progress as well as my case. If she didn't have an answer to a question, she'd find it. Everyone I dealt with was courteous, professional and knowledgeable, from start to finish.

Man where do I begin, oh yeah it all started with getting hit and getting hurt. But anyways I had never gotten in an accident and so I decided to call Craig Swapp one call that’s and was assigned to Kurt L. And there were times I got impatient cause I ended up needing treatment. And back surgery. Luckily I had Kurt and Nicole his para legal to walk me through this scary part reassuring me it will be ok and them reminding me of dr appts. I’m very grateful for Kurt and Nicole they are amazing I would not have been able to manage all this crazy stuff on my own! At Craig Swapp I became family and they were so sweet always! I called them shortly after my car accident, they sent someone to meet with me which was very convenient. Everything was handled over the phone from there. My husband died unexpectedly while in Michigan. He was in the hospital 12 days with no phone call to me from anyone. He died on the 12th. I requested medical records & found he had a stroke. The documentation stated no medical history available. I have been married 37 years to the man & certainly had medical history. I called Mr. Swapp & spoke to a woman who blew me off stating I should call Utah Bar. I was looking for help with, at least, negligence but ......I wasted my time calling this office.*** Someone responded that the person I spoke to informed me the office does not handle claims in Michigan. I did not hear her tell me that but if she did, she needed to be more succinct as I did not understand her.
