Overall a good experience working with Nola and Paul. Communication was sometimes a little difficult and I felt out of the loop occasionally. Still a good experience working with Craig Swapp.

i had my vehicle accident back in Dec. and my team helped me so much . i appreciate them so much. and anytime i get involved in a vehicle accident i come back. because they treat me well they answer ALL Of my questions and explain the process very well. i defenitly recomend and if in the future i need legal help incase of a accident i will continue to Choose them . was in an auto injury accident, rear ended. severe whiplash causing neck injury. was referred to C. Swapp by a friend. I know right? everybody makes fun of ambulance chasers. But hey without them I fought the other parties insurance just for vehicle damages, and my own under insured injury policy offered me just $1000. Craig Swapp and his team, notably Kurt London settled with the other parties insurance for the policy injury max of $25,000 and my insurance for 75% of max on a significantly larger policy for under insured, putting a very large compensation in my pocket. we may laugh at these types of law firms and they may take a large chunk. however with out them I also would not have a large compensation. I was involved in a car accident where I was t-boned and my car was totaled. I didn’t think I was injured too bad at first and didn’t even consider hiring a law firm. Kurt and Jenny took care of everything and communicated with me frequently. They made sure I was completely healed from my injuries, and then made sure all the medical bills were paid. I am satisfied with outcome and they were able to get the drunk driver’s very stubborn insurance company to comply even with getting them to take care of rental car companies losses outside of basic damage (it was almost going to require a deductible for our personal insurance to cover it) . This was my first time in my entire life I had to use a lawyer and I think the team did a decent job given the complexities involved with my case.
