I have absolutely no regrets with my choice to trust Brad Boyce with the sale of my house. His wide knowledge base and experience with selling homes of all sizes was an invaluable asset in this current housing market. He was honest and upfront about what I needed to do to prepare my home to sell and went above and beyond in his efforts to help me accomplish each task. As a single mom, his sensitivity to my needs is much appreciated. In addition, he kept a cool head when negotiations were tough and I am 100% satisfied that I got the highest dollar amount I could have hoped to receive for my home. Bravo Brad!

I found Brad Boyde after googling for a different kind of lawyer. Brad was able to give me some advice anyways though as he used to practice in the field I’m looking for help in. He was super helpful in giving me an idea of how to proceed in a way I understood.

Brad is a true professional that goes above and beyond to find you the right home. I never once felt like he was pressuring me to purchase a place I wasn’t interested in. Brad asks great questions to determine your likes and dislikes in a home. Brad keeps you well informed on the homes you are interested. He does research above and beyond what’s expected in a real estate agent. Brad is well informed of the housing market in all the surrounding areas. If there’s something he doesn’t know he will pick up the phone and get you the answers. Lastly you will not find a more caring, patient, kind professional than Brad Boyce. Where do I begin? Brad has taken my family in and welcomed us with open arms. It started when my dad and I visited Saratoga Springs, UT on a house hunting trip. Brad was able to lock in a deal for my parents that very day. Later we walked some houses for my wife and I and we ended up going the new construction route. What's been a bit of a stressful build as we work through Covid, Brad has been extremely responsive throughout the entire process. He asks the questions that you don't think of. As if Brad couldn't get any better, he helped my Grandmother find a house and move after recently losing my Grandfather this last year. Truly patient person. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with what you want, and not push you into something just to close a deal. He really sweats the details and takes the stress off your shoulders. Would highly recommend Brad.
