After 6 years 3 hearings, 3 remands… Dianna physically got my case looked at and didn’t stop until she was heard. (They had violated my constitutional rights) and she made sure it was recognized. (In total the case was 10 years old) she didn’t have to take it back on after social security made a huge error and as the ALJ said “created a hardship”. Which is very true. I won’t bore you with the details and, she really came through for me. (It’s such a relief) She’s really wonderful. She knows her stuff and doesn’t quit. It’s remarkable!

Some clients believe they have control of Eve thing from the time you file that is just not true. I work with customers and they may enter into an agreement but if something happens and they don’t follow what you agreed torches want special treatment my court case is just coming up and they have started to inform me of what will take place we need to be patient and at the right time they will do everything possible Jackson Chapman is in charge of letting me know what take place and when it will be 2 years when I meet with the judge and the attorney can not do anything until that time and SSA love to delay and get you upset so you give up be patient and do your part I get it it has been 2 years and I get more in debt every month but that is not Cannons fault that is the government wanting you to give up!

I looked around before I hired Cannon Disability and I heard a lot of positives about this firm. I am so glad that I hired her and not someone else. She went to bat for me in court and I got my first check yesterday. After getting denied three times, it is a real relief to be able to have some money coming in to support me and my family. I am so thankful to her and her staff for helping me and for listening to the problems over the last few years. If you need a good attorney and an attorney who tells it like it is then you have found it in Cannon. So thankful and will never forget how she helped me.

I have physical issues, and I also have PTSD, everyone in the office was conscience and sensitive to my issues. They were all so patient, and willing to answer my questions, and ready to reassure me through my process. They have truly been amazing. At the risk of sounding like a corney comercial, you really won't go wrong when you go with Diana Cannons offce.

It took forever for Social Security to get me a hearing, but Dianna made it easy when we finally got to the judge. The judge was from out of town and it made me pretty nervous that they weren't from here, but when my attorney asked questions and talked to the judge I felt better. She knew what she was doing. I recommend if you need help with disability to call her.

I filed for disability benefits three years ago and I got denied three or four times. I waited almost two years for a hearing and I know my attorney did everything she could to try to get Social Security to get my case. She sent in all my medical records, three times, and wrote to the Judge to get him to grant the case, but we still went to court. It was frustrating, but she listened to me and met with me before the hearing and helped me know what kinds of questions the judge would ask me. This really made the difference because I was prepared. I answered honestly and Ms. Cannon knew what she was doing. I could not have won without her. People writing on here that she didn't help them are wrong or they must be able to work and not have a disability. I'm really thankful to Ms. Cannon and her whole office for helping me through the court and getting me my money for the rest of my life.

My sister hired Dianna Cannon for her disability attorney in 2013. Due to her impairments I had to do most of the communication with her firm. They were great and she won her case in 2015 but the help didn't stop there. Every time we receive letters from social security my sister panics and I call their office. They are still there to answer our questions even though it's been two years. Thank you!!!

I sincerely wish I could write a glowing review, but the truth won’t allow that. I contacted Cannon Disability Law in early 2012 after having applied for Social Security Disability and being denied. I had been on Social Security Disability for thirteen years and with a significant amount of effort and rehabilitation I returned to full-time employment. After five years of employment I sustained another spine injury and no longer was able to perform my job requirements. Fortunately Social Security allows for such happenings and allows an “expedited reinstatement” that this law firm was unable to negotiate through. Fast forward to September 2015; that’s over three years of my life and two more surgeries waiting and hoping to hear about progress on my case. If you read no further than this understand that my case was a simple reinstatement that took four years and hearing. Perhaps a more competent firm could have mitigated some of that stress and frustration? Communication with this firm happened when I intiated it and only if I persisted. Initially I believed my case was being handled professionally, but after a few years I lost that confidence. There were too many times that I tried to call and the phone system was inoperable, too many messages were unanswered and by the time my case was settled the staff at this firm was arguing with me and being dishonest. If you’re applying for Social Security Disability you are already stressed so you need a firm that will help take some of that burden and this law firm did not do that for me.
