In my familys opinion. Jake is a scam artist. He starts off strong then gets busy. He quits answering calls and questions. Has other attorneys fill in (even at court) then blames you for not listening (there were 3 of us in the call with him on speaker and all heard the same. He's the only one who claims different). he never answers his phone and is bad about returning calls. I'm from out of state and almost all communication was in email form. My case was simple. I found my daughter after 10 years. Its still open. he quit today. The day after fathers day. He told us 1 year tops its been going on 2 and he's taken us for a large sum of money. He also knows he's the only attorney I could find to take a case from my state across to Utah. He played my family. Good luck. You'll need it for this guy.
