I have had a great experience up to this point. I’ve been working with Ben, Melanie, and Frida and they have all been incredibly compassionate, informative, patient, and, most importantly, open with the communication. I can’t tell you how stress-relieving it is to know that not only do I have a fantastic team on my side, but they also actually care about me, my family, and my situation and are willing to answer my questions without making me feel I am inconveniencing them or asking inane or stupid questions. Cannot recommend them enough. It’s really a shame the scale ends at 5 stars, but so far they have more than earned them.
