I've worked with a number of lawyers and Eric by far was the best. He actually returns your calls and cares about your case. Highly recomended.

I cannot say enough good things about Eric Swinyard and his team. From the front desl reception staff, paralegals, and associate. They are kind, professional, and exhibit a level of empathy that is hard to find in their profession. Eric and his associate Alix Young-Jui represented me in my divorce. The unraveling of a 23 year marriage which included 3 minor children would have been daunting to some, but not them. They were incredibly responsive, replying to texts and emails promptly and always kept me updated on what was going on with my case. They also managed my expectations exceedingly well. I retained them at the beginning of October and mediation was finalized November 7th. I know not everyone's former spouse is as amenable in negotiations as mine, but Eric and Alix were consummate professionals who represented my interests in the best way possible. I will recommend them to ANYONE in need of representation in any family law matter. They are the absolute best!
