Eric is, by far, one of the best divorce attorneys in the state of Utah. He's extremely knowledgeable on Utah law, meticulous and attention-to-detail oriented when he reviews everything related to a divorce, responsive and comunicative throughout the divorce process. He, also, will give realistic guidance on expectations on a divorce. He is completely worth your time and money, if you are going through a divorce. Everything above is exactly the kind of service and care that he provided for me. I would have given more than 5 stars, if it were possible.

Mark was hands down the reason I got through my divorce with as much ease and quickness as possible. I had a rough situation with a rough ex and Mark was amazing at not letting any of the drama get in the way, he was a straight shooter, knew exactly how to communicate with my ex and his lawyer as well as the judge. He knew what was needed and was great at reading through my communication and editing to take out/add in anything that would help resolve the situation while still being in my court. He was honest and the fastest lawyer I’ve ever experienced in communication. Will only use him for any legal help in my future!! I can’t recommend him enough!!

Great experience! Easy process. I was dreading it. They made it easy!!

Eric poorly represented me in my case. He failed to provide evidence that the judge pointed out was missing for her to consider ruling in my favor. If Eric had asked for the evidence the judge referenced in her ruling, it would have been easy to provide it. I can go on and on about how disappointing he was as a lawyer. Worst of all, after losing my case that cost me a good sum of money, he looked at me and said "sorry YOU didn't get the outcome YOU were hoping for." He couldn't admit it was our loss as my lawyer. It wasn't his loss, I'm the one that lost since he got paid regardless . During the final hearing, I didn't feel like I even had a lawyer representing me. Eric was the one who pushed me to start this process. I didn't want to but followed his counsel as my lawyer, and in the end, lost due to his poor representation. I'm hoping that I am able to get justice through the office of professional conduct as I have filed a complaint against him.

Eric was great to work with through my private custody and guardianship petition. He is very professional and responsive. He was also very good at getting things filed quickly so that the court process went as smooth as it could. 5/5 would definitely recommend!

Eric and his team were amazing. Even though we were dealing with some very hard issues from the other side, he was able to get me the things that mattered most. They stayed available to me even after everything was finalized. Eric and his team feel more like family than most firms. And just like family, they care about the things you care about.
