Can't say enough about Spencer Ricks. I've had more experience with attorneys than the average bear, and nobody has come close to his level of expertise. He's very cool-headed under fire, and I'm convinced he's impossible to surprise or intimidate, but manages to deescalate even the most volatile of divorces. I've referred quite a few friends to him, and watched him handle their situations as carefully as he handled mine. I have ZERO reservations with referring even my closest friends to him.

Camille Mackay is the best of the best!! I had gone to another law firm previous to Carr Woodall. My lawyer would never answer my calls or emails and eventually got my case dismissed because of inactivity with the courts. I called Camille right in the middle of a nasty custody battle with my ex. From day one she has exceeded every expectation. She was so quick to answer my emails or call me back. She always kept me updated on what was going on. She helped me get my kids back and got more out of my divorce than I was expecting!! She put so much work into my case and made me feel like a priority client all the time! Thank you so much!

That young gray guy that works for carr woodall is a skinny jerk. Nobody taught him how to respect his elders and he thinks just because he is an attorney he can treat people as if they are less than. That guy doesn't stand a real good chance at anything going the wsy he is. I think he should leave the state and go try somewhere else

My divorce took much longer than usual because of some unexpected ins-and-outs, and Spencer was with me every step of the way! He calmed me down when I got nervous about what was happening, he explained every possible outcome, I always knew where we were in the process, and he consistently returned my calls/emails quickly. I am positive he had multiple clients, yet he always took the time to give my case his personal attention and let me know he sincerely cared. A divorce can be a scary experience, yet Spencer helped to make it as easy as possible as he stood by my side through it all. He is a wonderful man who is as kind as he is intelligent. I absolutely recommend him!

One of CARR, WOODALL's Attorney's recently handled my Divorce. Spencer Ricks was my legal council to end a 14 year marriage. The divorce was extremely difficult on me and my children. Spencer was absolutely amazing, he seemed more family than a lawyer. He was quick to answer any questions that arose, and always gave me a perspective that seemed to calm my nerves and worries. He explained the divorce process, legal precedents, and the mediation process. He was a rock for me during this turbulent time. Mediation was extremely stressful, but again Spencer was a rock. He was unshakable, provided information that my ex-wife had left out of her declarations at the precise moment to have maximum effect. To say I was happy with how everything went would be an understatement. While I didn't get everything, I feel like I came out in my favor. I alimony had been minimized, and child support and custody were very fair. The cherry on top was that I got to keep my entire pension, and retirement accounts for the most part. Spencer is well versed in assisting military through family issues, and divorce. I credit this expertise as a big reason that things went so smooth. I have been approached by multiple co-workers going through a divorce, or worrying that their marriage may be moving that way for his name and how to get in touch with him. I will continue to refer people who ask about my divorce to him, because I believe in his methods, and the results that he was able to deliver. I feel as though divorce is rigged against fathers, but Spencer was able to level the playing field. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Spencer is the best lawyer you can ask for. He cares enough to take the time so he knows exactly what you need. He will fight for you when you can’t and help you day or night. He makes sure to help not just to get you the best outcome but also help make sure you are supported emotionally all around. He won’t let you down! Him and his team are the kindest and most thoughtful team of support you could ask for, they are so knowledgeable in what they are doing they make sure there’s nothing left unchecked or undone. Having him respond to questions late at night when your in a panic was one of the greatest reliefs to have. You will not be disappointed going with him he is the best around and if he can’t get you what you’re needing no one can.

Camille Mackay was the most help I could have asked for in my divorce and she always had my best interest in mind. Camille knows what she is doing when it comes to the laws and it truly showed in my case. I could not have picked a better Attorney to represent me in my time of need. Camille McKay is an absolute godsend! I was on the ropes in my divorce, was not able to afford an attorney. Camille took my case and was willing to work with me on payments. Within 2 weeks my divorce was done and I came out in better than good shape.
