I've worked with Brad Carr for a couple years now dealing with a divorce. He's on top of things, doesn't waste time or money.

We have had two great experiences with Brad Carr. He is easy to work with and cares about his clients. He even traveled to southern Utah for a hearing! We will not hesitate to use him again if the need arises. The other case was dealing with my parents and the state bulling them to admit something that they did not do. Brad knew what to do in this case and realize what was happening and insured my parents was taken care of and wasn't being manipulated by the state. Must read this review Brad represented me in my child custody case about a year I got full custody after two years of referrals to CPS and Social workers and police safety checks including a protective order after I had gotten my girls from Utah ad took them to California. The first time in Court Brad was very prepared to say the least he had phone book sized exhibits qnd has a very strong presence in court I was very impressed and could see that I was very lucky to have found this attorney who I now consider a friend. It doesn’t matter if you are a man or woman or what backroynd you come from Brad is not only an incredible attorney but also a family man with strong ethics. I almost lost my kids and my Career but Brad was in my corner and through a very nasty custody battle he kept kind and decent and I trust him. If you love your children hire him You have got to see this man in court it’s impressive!!

Brad Carr is good & he helped at the end of my divorce and worked with me in the capacity I needed/requested. Jay Woodall, on the other hand, despite being extremely bright and knowledgeable and experienced, didn't ever engage with me as my advocate to fight for my rights, and instead of being strategic and proactive and a bulldog, we were always playing defense and he never really fully engaged & he kept telling me I should stop fighting & just accept the horrible settlement we had worked out so I did. In the 4 years since, I've met many fathers who were in a similar situation as me in terms of #s of kids & earnings etc, & NONE of them pay anywhere near the amount of monthly alimony & child support I pay, nor do any of them have some of the funky one-sided clauses in their decrees that attorneys since have told me are horrible for me & very one sided. I needed someone to help strategize for me & protect my financial and custody interests, but Jay honestly seemed more interested in helping me to accept defeat & move on in a "healthy" way & stop fighting. NOT what I was paying him for & NOT what I needed as an advocate to protect my legal interests in divorce.

Jay Woodall is an amazing attorney. Our family has worked with Jay for more than 10 years for various reasons. He helped our daughter with her divorce and was supportive and thorough. When she passed away this past summer, Jay even helped settle outstanding issues as well as guardianship issues. He was always quick to answer questions and available for advice through phone calls as well as e-mail. Attorney Brad was very helpful and answered my questions after hours. It was a hard decision. The tenants had been friends, but stopped paying the rent and had many excuses. Brad told me about several options but stressed that if they were already one month behind it wasn't likely that they would ever get caught up. Cindy the office manager was great to work with after I decided what to do after speaking with Brad. They kept me informed and helped to make a bad situation less bad. I would say for the money it was well worth the effort. Very solid and skilled advice. Highly recommended if you need to evict a tenant.

Brad was awesome to work with. He was very responsive and took the time to explain to me what everything meant so I felt comfortable with the ending result. I will definitely be using him again in the future!

Brad is the best. I can't give him anything but 5 stars for his amazing hard work and dedication. I do and will continue to recommend him to anyone going through a contentious divorce.
