I'm not a type of person who leaves a review of any kind. However, I thought this is something some people may find helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Attorney Brad Carr for Divorce and or Child custody issues to anyone. He is knowledgeable, easy to work with and more importantly responds back within a day. He really works for you not just for the pay.

I will forever be grateful for Mr. James Woodall and his staff at Carr/Woodall. In transitioning the experience of an ever changing world, I seek professionals not only for their experience, but also their ability to understand my personal situation. Mr. Woodall is a professional in every single way. I require someone who will listen to my questions (and I come with many!), be patient, and provide answers in words I understand. Mr. Woodall is that someone. My circumstances require respect with addiction and my journey to achieve soberity. I had a very complicated case involving child custody, long distance visitation and a spouse that showed zero respect for myself & my soberity. Mr. Woodall was my saving grace. As cheesy as it may sound, my angel. He's an expert in all areas. At our hearings, I was very proud of Mr. Woodall and his determination of taking the higher road. Despite my desire at times to "throw mud", he stuck to the plan of taking the higher road and instead showed why I was the better parent. He's one of the most ethical attorneys you've ever met. Patient, professional, bright and most importantly compassionate. Mr. Woodall gave me more than just legal advice, he gave me back my self-respect, my life and my children. He always had my best interest first. If life's highs and lows call for legal help, please consider Mr. James Woodall. You will NOT be disappointed. I know how hard it is to find a good hard working attorney. It's emotionally, physically, and financially stressful. Trust me, I know this! Brad Carr was amazing. He filed my divorce a few months back and did an incredible job at a great price. A few days ago I called him and needed some legal documents collected and sent to me in California. He went out of his way during his lunch break, collected all the necessary papers and next day aired them to me. Who does that anymore? Thanks Brad.

Mr. Woodall was excellent to work with. Jay helped me navigate a divorce and custody dispute that looked like was going to be a 5 year drawn out fight, but went to trial in about 2 years. Jay is short and to the point and isn't manipulated. Jay knows what issues are worth fighting for and what to let go, helping me stay focused instead of getting swept up into fear. Unfortunately for my opposing party you have to have proof(you can't just lie) to get orders put in place, which is why he has been unable to successfully appeal any of our orders. Mr. Murray was my original attorney and within a barrage of emails recieved from my opposing party john accidentally gave my apposing party a single suggestion about a possible bankruptcy. My opposing party threatened to file a bar complaint about giving legal council to an opposing party so my attorney felt it best to withdraw and hand over the case to Mr. Woodall. Otherwise Mr. Murray was an excellent attorney and I enjoyed working with him.

I am so grateful for the expertise and finesse with which James Woodall called upon in my complex divorce settlement agreement. Mr. Woodall secured an optimal custody agreement and he saved me worry, time, and money. I feel so fortunate to have had him navigate such a difficult legal labyrinth.
