I have worked with 3 different law firms for evictions and these guys are by far the best. I believe the price is also the lowest as well. Would highly recommend them for evictions. I also read their negative reviews and they seem to be done mostly by the opposing party. So the only people they piss off are the people they beat. Sounds like a winner to me!

Very happy with Spencer Ricks and Liz Hilst. Spencer is very personable and reasonable with his suggestions. I was very happy with his dedication to my case and willingness to take it all the way to court and fight for me in front of the judge. Spencer and Liz are a great team providing quick responses to my many questions and tight organization with regular checkups while we spent a lot of time waiting on the slow system. I have recommended my personal friends to them.

I have worked with and against Carr Woodall and although I cannot speak to other attorneys at the firm, steer clear of Mary Bevan. My initial decree was drafted by Mary and we later found that the original decree was not enforceable for multiple reasons. Its amazing to think that anyone is trusting this firm with such elementary errors. The custody and child support arrangements were not legal or enforceable. Their office was unresponsive in attempts to correct the concern. Then we discovered that the assets and financial aspects of the decree were also unenforceable. What is left here? An entire divorce decree is separation of family, assets and finances. They couldn't handle a single portion properly. They were happy to mail/email copies of the decree to me (basic checking of a box) but aside from that they (Mary) is incapable of managing a case. So now both on a basic and much larger legal advice/representation/decree formatting and drafting levels we have errors. I hired a different attorney to modify the decree. All attorneys and the mediator agreed that the handling of this was laughable and it was an easy modification due to the absurd handling from Carr Woodall. I would suggest you work with a firm that will provide a legal binding decree and save money rather than writing multiple decrees because the original attorney at Carr Woodall cant handle a simple, non litigation case.
