I want to start by saying THANK YOU to Rocky Mountain defenders Attorney Kevin Vander Werff and his team. Kevin was always on top of his work. He not only showed amazing professional skills as an attorney, but truly cared about my son and his life. His staff sent reminders to my son and myself for every court date, place and time. He helped my son with multiple cases. I remember the first consultation with a staff member (Bart) and he said "we need to save this kids future". They treated and fought for my son as they would have for their own child/young adult. When I first hired this firm I was helicoptoring because I thought they needed my help. They didn't lol. They are the experts and it took so much weight off my shoulders during the process of courts. They do their job with love and real education with the law. My 19 year old son was facing 3 felonies and many misdemeanors. Because of Kevin, my son closed his cases with ZERO felonies and a couple misd. They suck they will not defend you but make you feel bonarable

This guy sucks he didn't even read my discovery and had months to do it. I ended up taking a plea abeyance. The judge yelled at him to stop driving around while in court!! Why Did I pay you a $2,000 retainer for nothing I could have gotten that deal myself!
