Understanding the circumstances and I was going through Rocky Mountain Defenders they worked with me very very professional and understanding when health issues struck and kept me from working making it very difficult for me to afford anything they were patient with me until I can get something worked out to cover my expenses till I was recovering from my surgeries and be able to get back to work
