I run a services business out of my home. I was introduced to Michael by a mutual friend. I told Michael about some of the problems I’d experienced with customers and project collaborators in the past. That same week he drew up a set of contracts for me to use with future customers and collaborators that addressed all of the issues I’d been having … and a lot of others I wouldn’t have thought of. I just fill out some info on the first page to make it specific for each customer/collaborator. Having these makes my business and sales process so much faster and less stressful. Michael is super friendly but also very professional. Basically a great person to have on your team.

I had the pleasure of working with Michael at Remedy Informatics & again hired Michael while serving as COO of a renewable energy company start-up. In both cases, he was terrific to work with and provided high-quality feedback on critical agreements in short periods of time.
