I enjoyed working with Phil in my worker's comp case. I'm not sure what the other reviewer is talking about as I have no complaints in how he handled my claim, which had its challenges. I had a good experience and have recommended him to others for worker's comp claims.

I would not recommend this law firm. There was little to no communication with me about my case. I was not respresented in the way I should have been in my workers comp case and an appeal was never filed. Worst experience I have ever had with a lawyer. 3 years of my life wasted. Phillip Shell is the last person I would recommend to anyone to handle legal matters. I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, but had to in order to leave a review. I had to call a lawyer at another lawyer firm to even find out what was really going on with my workers comp case.
