Took my 20k, said I had a good chance then railroaded me into signing saying I couldn’t afford to take it to court. Sad disappointment. She should have been upfront that I was out lawyered by my wealthy shady ex spouse.

Rachel was absolutely amazing. She clarified every detail. I felt she did not waste my time nor money. She was on point. I felt she always responded in a timely manner. At times I truly felt like I could have been her one and only client because of how responsive and timely she was with me. This meant a lot to me because I had a previous attorney prior to Rachel on this same issue who would ignore me and in a way "put me in the back burner". Rachel helped to remind me how strong and confident I could be and to not let another walk all over me. She helped to solve my case with reasonable expectations. She also was up front with me about what to expect and not afraid to be honest and truthful with me. Even if it was something I did not want to hear. I cannot put in words how grateful I am that she worked on my case. I did have to wait to become a client of hers. I am so glad I waited and was able to become her client. She was so forth the wait and extra expense. Thank you Rachel you truly helped me in so many ways.

Cons - It costed me a fortune and throughout the length of the year never addressed my biggest concern of temporary orders to have parent time with my son. I never felt that the communication was anywhere near adequate especially considering the very high cost. I learned so much and got so much insight just in a free sit down consultation with another attorney that put so much of my concerns and anxiety to rest that I then hired him, and was also at a farore fair price. Pros - She was able to keep the jurisdiction from being transferred out of state in the custody case and referred me to a very good attorney in the other state when needed and in a timely fashion.

She is a very kind person but my experience with her wasnt the best. She seemed to be on the other parties side of my divorce and my ex-husband and his attorney raked us over the coals. Rachel didnt do a whole lot when it came to mediation and seemed to want me just to drop everything and roll over. I lost a lot. I would not suggest her to anyone.

Rachel and her team are second to none! I live in Washington State and had a protection order filed on me in Utah. This order was filed and stated I could not speak or be around my 2 children. Rachel and her team worked tirelessly to have this order dropped so I could be reunited with my kids. I cannot recommend Rachel and her team enough! During this case, things got ugly, to say the least. Rachel was able to communicate with me during the whole process. She let me know when I was wrong and what I needed to do to stay safe and get my children home. Rachel won my case, even though I didn’t make it easy on her. She’s very bright and puts a ton of effort into her clients. She backed every argument up with prior Supreme Court findings. She made it impossible for the other parties attorney to argue against the law. If you’re looking for an outstanding Attorney, I could not recommend her enough! Thank you for helping me reunite with my children! You’ve literally given me my world back!

Rachel was willing to listen and was able to think “outside the box” for my case rather than following standard steps for a divorce. She was also able to tell me when I was wrong without being abrasive. I appreciated her being direct and telling it like it is. She was responsive and direct. Brianne was also very professional and helpful and did things for me before I thought about it. Would recommend both these women without hesitation.

My case was pretty simple, but hard. I was getting divorced and even though things didn't work out with the marriage you still like this person and don't want to hurt them. Rachel understood my feelings. She made sure I was protected with my personal assets. She asked me alot of questions that I didn't even think of. She kept me informed the hole way through the process. She even gave me an email address so if I had any questions I could just ask. And she always answers and fast. If I ever need a Lawyer again I would most definitely talk to Rachel.

We came to see Rachel about something positive, and perhaps out of the ordinary, for our family & she was understanding, helpful, and professional at all times.
