I love this firm. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. You can literally have all your consumer legal needs covered under one roof. When I met Jeff Butler, he made me feel comfortable and I could tell him anything. All of the attorneys are trustworthy and easy to talk to. I highly recommend them.

Russell Evans is someone you can trust, I definitely trust him. He's very knowledgeable in something that meant everything to me and my family. I was at the mercy of others, and that is scary when you lose control of some of the most important things in your life. But he helped manage my unpleasant emotions. He was extremely responsive when i needed him most. And most importantly he cares; he cared enough to help me when he didn’t need to, he truly cares about his clients and is willing to do anything it takes to make a bad situation right, which is way more valuable to me than someone with all the knowledge, but doesn’t care if you win or lose. I would and will recommend Russell Evens every opportunity I get.

Bankruptcy has been by far the darkest moment of my life. And Pearson Butler has made it worse. During their "free" consultation they were so understanding and helpful but as soon as they had my money they couldn't have cared less about me and my case. I could almost never get return calls or emails and when I did, it was short one sentence answers that didn't answer my questions. I even paid extra money up front in good faith to hopefully have them there for me when I needed them. They bragged in our meeting that they had done thousands upon thousands of BKs. Sounded great, I thought, tons of experience. What it really meant is that they churn and burn. Bankruptcy is a horrible, horrible process. Make sure you have someone that's working for you, not just doing the minimum to get it done. **Edit** Since this review I have had a couple long conversations with the founding partner Jeff Butler. I'm torn because I stand by my review but Jeff himself is a really great guy. I can also relate to having employees operate under your umbrella that don't necessarily have your same customer service values.

Jeff Butler is an excellent attorney. My recent small business consultation with him has paid for itself many times over. His counsel and enthusiasm is top notch. He is well connected, responsive, and an eager problem solver. I highly recommend his services.
