Gregory and his team made this an easy process to set up our family trust.

I attended Greg’s “Grave Robbers” presentation. It was very informative. My wife and I later met with Greg, to get to know him and ask specific questions. We compared prices, and though we thought his was a little steep, we realized that one usually gets what one pays for. For what Greg offers, we were just “babes in the woods.” We don’t have much more than our home, but decided we needed the best, and went for Greg’s iron clad family trust. The process was in two parts, a telephone conversation, and a meeting in his office. He EXPLAINED everything. He gave very basic step by step instructions, and his cellphone number, for any questions not answered by the FAQ’s. He does not do email or voice messages, but will always respond with a text, and return phone call if needed. I am very satisfied with his knowledge, work ethic, integrity, and his “product.”

Greg hawkins is very professional. He gets the job done quickly. It's a bit pricey but it's something that needs to be done. He's one of the best in his field.

The Gregory P. Hawkins law office sends spam mail that is individually addressed to the recipient, giving the letter the appearance of something that is important and urgent. I have two major issues with this practice. 1) I've never interacted with this law office in any capacity, so they either bought my private information from an unknown seller, acquired my information from a party that I had given my information to under false pretenses, or stole it by other means. 2) It is irresponsible to send official looking correspondence from a law office with no pretext or established history. Something like this could easily cause undue and unnecessary stress and anxiety in the recipient as their mind races to imagine what possible reason there could be for a law office to send them a letter. The courts recognize emotional distress as a type of damage that can be recovered through a civil lawsuit and I can't believe that a law office is foolish enough to send something like this out unsolicited.

After attending his siminar, I made an appointment and he went through everything with me. He was very professional, explained everything clearly and I left feeling assured that all my needs were being met. Very satisfied.

Attorney Greg Hawkins was very knowledgeable and experienced in the area of estate planning and living trust. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is thinking of establishing a living trust.
