By FAR the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Gregory Hawkins charged us to set up a family trust with the promise we could make revisions to the trust when needed at no extra cost. Revisions are not something that happen often, mostly when your family grows such as adding new children to your family trust or you accumulate new valuable assets you would like added into the trust. These revisions are obviously important and one of the primary reasons you set up a family trust in the first place. Once Gregory takes your money, he never calls you back when needed to make further revisions in the future as he promises. The worst thing is I know of other associates of mine who also used Gregory Hawkins to set up their family trusts and they have also never received a call back when they wanted to make revisions. One associate of mine even decided to pay another attorney to set up a brand new trust all over again costing him now double in expenses simply because was tired of trying to get in contact with Gregory Hawkins. I will not be utilizing Gregory's services ever again.

I wanted to get our affairs in order. I went to a seminar presented by Mr. Hawkins. The seminar was very informative and I felt he was an authority on the subject of living trusts. Shortly after the seminar, We met with Mr Hawkins to talk about our personal issues at no extra charge. We felt that he was very experienced and agreed for him to do our living trust. He created the trust and other documents quickly and completely. We are satisfied and confident that our affairs are in order. If anyone has not set up a trust, I recommend Mr. Hawkins.

Everything went fairly smoothly even though we did everything long distance. The only thing that would be better is if it would be possible to contact him with email. He is very responsive with answering texts. His work with the trust appears to be very professional.
