I had Chris Bown as my attorney for a criminal case. And he was absolutely amazing. 10/10 recommend this law firm for anyone who needs an amazing attorney. He is by far one of the best attorneys I’ve ever had, always got me the best outcomes possible in my court situations. Their staff is very welcoming and friendly. I couldn’t recommend a better place to get a lawyer from. Seriously the best, and I really mean that.

I approached the firm with a landlord-tenant issue and my case was assigned to Michael Thornock, Esq. He took the time to review and understand my situation in detail. Several weeks passed and he still recalled my situation well. He qualified his statements and gave me potential outcomes as appropriate, yet expressed confidence and told me exactly what he'd do to get the results I wanted/needed. Due to his work my case is actually closing with the best possible outcome for myself. Michael has been attentive to detail, flexible w/ meetings or calls for appointments, always ensured there is coverage and a contact for my case when unavailable and notified me of it, and kept me in the loop in developments. He gives practical and concrete recommendations for me to follow. He has shown that he has my best interests in mind and is very capable. I decided to continue with his services for a traffic case, and he prepared me well and answered all of my questions which allowed me to get the result I needed. All throughout I dealt with his assistant, a paralegal briefly, his colleague attorney Sam Knight briefly and all have been professional and given me confidence in their service. I highly recommend Michael Thornock, Esq. with his firm Stowell Crayk and Bown, and would happily go back.

All contacts were hard to engage with, with delayed or no responses. I was charged a retainer by the attorney who eventually took my case. She did not deliver on the two main requests I had, and the rest of her advice was coached in very tentative, hesitant language (lots of 'maybe's and 'let's try's and such) that did not leave me feeling like I was receiving competent legal advice on the subject. When I requested a final bill, I was told it was a flat free that consumed almost all my retainer. I am waiting for a refund of the remainder a month after our business was concluded.
