Pros
1
Knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient in estate planning and trust setup
“Andrew McCullough is as knowledgeable as they come! He breaks things down and explains them in an easily understood manner. I wouldn't go to anyone else for my estate planning.”
2
Personable and makes the process comfortable for clients
“Andrew McCullough handled the estate for my father after a terminal cancer diagnosis. He was swift to jump into action, to make sure every detail was covered. I must tell you, at such a difficult time for my family, it was such a relief to have someone helping with the difficult stuff, just so we could make those final days count. The kind, thoughtful, compassionate approach he took through every step was invaluable to us.”
3
Goes above and beyond to serve clients' needs
“Andrew McCullough made our conservatorship case so painless. He listened to our concerns and made the whole process seamless and easy. If you are looking for an amazing person to help you with your conservatorship for children with learning disabilities, Andrew is your guy!”
Cons
1
Unprofessional and unethical conduct
“In attempting to work with Brent Brindley, I found him to be abrasive and unethical. I expect an attorney to twist the law in his favor, but his greed in drawing out the case and his willingness to commit perjury in a court of law put both his client and mine at risk.”
2
Lack of commitment and follow-through
“Brent is the worst attorney ever, promised a lot but didn't even come close to delivering. Took a lot of my money and left me devastated. He is a crook and a very dishonest man. He never returned my calls, but billed high at the end of the month. He always came to court unprepared, it was so embarrassing. Spent 2 years battling a case, it didn't end well.”
