This is a retraction of an inaccurate and negative review by this writer submitted about a month prior. I mistakenly authored and submitted a scathing horrible review without knowing the facts of their case intervention and legal expertise.The McMullin group had already invested in the case their full support and concern for my wife, Christie Thomas, their client.. I humbly apologize to the firm for my over reaction that they were derelict in their duty to represent my wife with her claim. I was frustrated and angry because of her physical deterioration and pain. No excuse is offered. I only wish is to be forgiven and an apology accepted. My wife was severely injured in an auto accident 2 years ago on Christmas. Another vehicle, failed to yield to my wife who was completing a left turn to clear the intersection. off of Valley View Dr. Another vehicle failed to stop at the red light and plowed into our Nissan Rogue which was occupied by my wife and granddaughter going at a high rate of speed. My wife suffered major injuries to a knee, back, shoulder and neck. The police report indicated the driver of the vehicle that hit my car was at fault and received a citation for failing to yield. My wife contacted the McMullin Law Group for assistance with mediation with the dastardly insurance company from the at fault driver. They were and are instrumental with relieving concerns from medical treatment and medical bills that are adding up. I am eternally grateful for the willingness to obtain justice for the incurred injuries with their steadfast legal intervention and concern. Sincerely, Fred R. Thomas

I had a very unfortunate situation at a fast food establishment where I was served raw chicken and got sick. Fortunately I called and had Andrew at McMullin help me out. He was able to get me a settlement far in excess of what I would have ever expected!! All of the staff were really wonderful to work with, and even with what I'm sure was a really small case compared to their regular cases, I felt like I wasn't any less valued. The team at McMullin is best in class. I highly recommend them for any personal injury claims.
