Brad and Jed are both pretty straightforward and down to earth. They relieved so much stress handling all my claims after a motorcycle accident that would have been a huge headache financially. They made sure I didn't go to collections and made sure all the physicians were paid as billed. They managed my insurance as well so I could focus on my own healing and trying to piece my life back together after the fallout from the accident. In short, I didn't know how they would help, but they were an amazing resource when I would have been overwhelmed! They took care of everything for me!
