I found Melton law after going through about 10 - 15 attorneys and comparing them all and their reviews. Talked to some that never called back , took their time but not these guys. William and Tony were always on top of their stuff and actually showed they cared about their clients. They'll get back to you and won't leave you hanging , will go over everything so you understand. Mainly will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best outcome. I'd give these guys 6 out of 5 stars if I could. If you're reading this go with them and not no other attorneys you find, they're THE BEST in the business no doubt. Thanks again ! Keep it up - B

These guys are legit. Real deal. I had a bad month, and got a few tickets. These guys were on it, and worked some magic for me. Highly recommend.

They were able to get me out of a large speeding ticket that I absolutely could NOT have go on my record! I would definitely recommend this firm and it was all over in just a few weeks!! 5 stars for sure!

Tony is the man! Young, professional, efficient and innovative! I have to agree with the review before mijo, first and foremost don't ever get a ticket in Utah! Things happen and that's why we have professionals like the ones at Melton law! These people work hard for you. The second that you hired them they are working for you and they make it known. The connections most of these professionals have are necessary and incredible. My case had a resolution turn around of 6 1/2 days. I'm a Florida driver, we do things a little differently to say the least. As far as value... let's just say Tony was more cost effective than the ticket I received. I don't intend on running into any trouble in Utah again but if anyone I know does I'm giving them Tony's number. He's a pleasure to work with... even on such unfortunate circumstances. Highly recommend.

While vacationing in Utah I was stopped by the Utah highway patrol for speeding outside the city limits in Juab County. Since we were from out of town, I knew it would be difficult to return to Juab for the court appearance. I needed help. My husband found OTR online who put me in touch with the William Melton Law Firm. I was assigned an associate lawyer to help with my case. I like Melton Law because my attorney, Tony, answered my questions in a clear and concise manner. He returned my phone calls and conversations very promptly. He suggested a course of action that met my desire to keep my ticket from appearing on my driving record. I felt confident that he would resolve my case and he did! I paid a fine to the court for the ticket but the citation will not appear on my record in the future. Thank you for the great work William and Tony!

It's a lot of work finding a good attorney. You do the research, check licenses, areas of practice, time and experience in practice, and of course client reviews. And it's still a gamble when you walk through that door. You still don't really know the truth of it until you've put in the time with the attorney. I want the best most accurate information possible before I hand over several thousand dollars. Client reviews are great, but are mostly based on whether or not they got the outcome they were looking for. Clients are clients. Many retain an attorney based on a limited amount of information. The best information would come from other attorneys and people who work in the legal system. I found that information. Martindell-Hubble. They provide peer reviewed ratings and have been around for 130 years. Areas of peer ratings for an attorney or law firm include legal ability and ethical standards and practice. This site has EVERYTHING you need to know before you decide which attorneys you want to consult with. They have lists of attorneys in every practice area. Peer reviewed, you can't find better than that. Melton Law (William Melton) is reviewed and rated on this site. My son had asked me to find a good attorney to have on retainer. I called to make an appt for a consultation for my son. I spoke to Mr Melton regarding having an attorney on retainer. He gave me that information, but he also asked questions and gave me additional information that I needed to know but hadn't asked for. From that first call forward Melton Law provided proactive counsel as well as in court. Mr Meltons firm kept in regular contact and always available to speak. This firm provided outstanding legal service in every possible way. Just as if not more important, they worked for and earned my sons trust. Yes, they are that good.
