I don’t normally write reviews, but William Melton was amazing in getting my case in Davis County for sexual assault dismissed. I am very pleased with William Melton Law Firm. While I was vacationing in Utah, I was stopped by the Utah highway patrol for speeding. Since I was from out of state, I knew it would be difficult to return and appear in court. My husband found OTR online who put me in touch with Melton Law Firm. William Melton and Tony Robite handled my case in a professional and satisfying manner. My biggest concern was that the citation would not appear on my driving record. I was pulled over by a highway patrol officer for failing to move lanes. It was a bogus citation as I was unable to move lanes safely due to other vehicles. The officer didn't care, gave me a lecture and the citation. Instead of just paying the fine I hired melton law. The tough the ticker & requested the video footage from the officers vehicle. Once delivered it was clear I never should have been cited. Yes I had to pay a lawyer, but it was better than paying a bogus citation and having my insurance go up.
