I was in a car accident a few years ago on the freeway in Utah. I tried to work with the insurance on my own for a long time and was getting nowhere. They didn't seem to care about my injuries, my damage on my car, and we're not helpful at all. I heard about Taylor Law from a mutual friend and am so grateful they took on my case. Jon and his staff are always available to speak and have taken care of me every step of the way. He has taken care of my medical bills and answered every question I've had. He also has helped me take care of my car and get it fixed. I would strongly recommend and encourage anybody who has been in an accident to talk to Taylor Law. They also helped me get a great settlement to provide for future medical needs related to my injuries which occurred from the accident. If I could give 10 stars I would!

Had the best experience using Taylor Law after our son's accident. Mr Taylor was very nice in the beginning and almost immediately came to our home to discuss and start our case. However, after that home visit their professionalism went down the crapper. Neither Mr Taylor, nor any of his employees contacted us when they decided to drop the case and not represent us. We only found out they dropped us in the middle of a medical appointment, weeks after they were hired, because one of the medical clinics told my doctor that they couldnt schedule my MRI's because mr taylor removed himself from representing me. If you dont want to represent people, that is fine and that is your right. However, YOU owe your clients the common courtesy of notifying them directly that you will no longer be representing them, not letting them find out through a 3rd party.
