They did really good when it came to getting things rolling but now they are horrible in following up and giving you any update. This has been going on for a year and a half. No clear direction on where we our in the case or what is next. I asked them to follow-up which they didn't I have to call them and play the dumb game of chasing the mouse. Very frustrating

They let my husband be in really bad and they don't get back to us, because they are not responsible. They have not taken care of my husband and his car.
